Simp Chat Joyce Kim - Discussion Thread

Does anyone know what happened to her and why she's stopped posting content? I briefly remember her saying that she was thinking of applying to more news stations when she was unemployed, but that was like 2 months ago now and no updates or livestreams since.
 
I thought she was only doing those spicier lives on the alt bbjuiceyxo account cause she was trying to get votes for her maxim contest thing
 
I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure that’s just her personal Insta account and nothing spicy related so I’d probably leave it alone personally lol, but yeah I’ve also gotten it as a suggested/recommended ‘person you should follow’ by Insta before as well. Yeah I saw that she got kicked out (or at least something happened where she had to move to the streets) from what she mentioned on her last post a while back. I hope she’s doing alright.
She was making some decent money from donations from those streams too, given that there was typically like 1,100 to 1,500 viewers on those last 7 or so spicy streams. As for the Maxim thing she would go weeks without promoting it and now she’s pretty much not even gonna win any of the competitions, she fell so far behind on the rankings. She was like number 1 or 2 on most of the rankings for a long time then just stopped promoting it (probably due to real life circumstances) but never really recovered from that.
 
Apparently since she returned back to LA in December when the news station decided not to pick up her 2nd year option, she's been networking and had some jobs come up but wanted some time to relax and reset. I was watching her lives in March and April and she started hanging with the wrong crowd (wealthy people and DJs). She would stay up all night partying and then one night I noticed a white substance all over her nose in a dark room. At this point, I think Joyce may have a cocaine addiction due to her friend's influence and as a result, her mom kicked her out of the family home after potentially finding out?. I have no clue where she is or if she's alright, which is concerning.
 
Well damn, you serious? I knew she did some late night DJs stream at the end there, I only caught like a minute of two of those 'cause that's usually when I'm typically sleeping 'cause of work and she seemed to be having fun and dancing and what not from what I briefly remember anyways.
I'm not trying to sound too parasocial here but she is alive and all smiles at the very least anyways 'cause one of her friends tagged her in a Insta post on May 11th so not too far back. Maybe she's living with her friends or something now? I'm just curious on the job situation, I remember on one of her last streams she was like saying she's applied to all these news station jobs and was waiting for them to get back and was joking saying that chat can email the news station to tell them that Joyce is good worker etc etc.
So did she get a news station job or is she currently winging it right now still? I feel like she could make some decent money if she came back to streams and started doing more risky stuff again, she was getting like 1.5k viewers for those last like 5+ spicy streams.
Again, not trying to sound parasocial here but I do remember her promoting her Maxim photoshoot competition on her Insta Stories in early to mid May as well but radio silence since from all social media channels. I really hope it's just her locking in and hopefully not what I'm thinking what might've happened.
 
From what I’ve seen she’s still not active anywhere, which is definitely worrying a bit. I’ve been voting for her again on the maxim shoot, ‘cause if she wins she’d be forced to come back lol.
 
Same, I’ve been voting for her as well lol. Ive texted her on TikTok before. Tried texting her a couple weeks ago and no response.
 
Definitely concerning for sure, I really hope that she’ll come back. If she does somehow win, it’ll at least force her to come back with content though. With her not posting I really hope it’s just her stepping away from doing content and not her unaliving her self.
 
I saw her randomly with the bbjuicey account after months of not seeing her post from her main account, I didn't know she went the full e-whore route
I remember when she'd be up all night on tiktok then just go to work and stream from there for like 8 hours, and she did it constantly too,,she was probably doing drugs way before you think you saw anything because that wasn't normal at all
I highly doubt she killed herself, she either got into another relationship or she regrets the pivot she tried to make after failing and is just back to being a normie
 
Yeah it’s certainly possible it could’ve been drugs but who knows honestly.
I think what’s weird is that if she got another job to be a normie that she would’ve at least promoted the Maxim competition more given that she’d earn a ton of money (I know she said she was doing it for charity but she was gonna get a ton of money from winning regardless) so if she kicked that to the side and given up on that, I don’t know, rather strange.
Also her being in another relationship is possible, if that’s true and that is what happened, wouldn’t be surprising that she’s just being offline now I guess?
 
I was thinking of reaching out to her friend on Tiktok or IG just to casually check-in and see if they've heard from her. There's been zero social media activity for over 4 months now and she normally uses her main IG a lot for promotion and work. Still concerning obviously.

She’s back on live again. Said that the reason why she was MIA for a while was because of losing her phone and forgetting her passwords. Said that she’d try to go live consistently again.
 
I don't buy that at all tbh. She usually hides the truth from people on live. She had a short term relationship fail, may or may have been using drugs, mom kicked her out the house then goes MIA for 5 months. Looks like her mom and her reconciled recently too.

What I’m curious about is when she was still doing frequent casual and also spicy streams months ago the overall spicy streams views would outweigh the casual streams viewership so I guess we’ll see how this goes if she’ll do them both again or if she’ll stick to casual streams and won’t think about doing the spicer streams.

Did she also mention anything about a job? I assume given how long she’s been gone for that she’s gotten a job by now but I thought I’d still ask.
 
I don’t think we’re ever gonna get content from her. She replied back to me on instagram but said no to content lol She did however say she will be more active on social media again
 
By content, I assume spicy related content? If so, that's sad if that's the case
