I think you might be right. I've just started talking to them and they've got weird letters capitalized making me think that English is not their first language.
 
I asked if the account was actually Joanie or if it was being run by an agency and they said "this is Joannie baby." So I said that would need to be verified before I would pay for sexting and they said that would be a custom video and would be $600 dollars. This is definitely an agency and not a very good one at that.
