It depends on the creator, but jilly takes screenshots of videos (instead of screencaps, which'd keep the full rest of the video). Thing is, though, these are like half the usual size, and covered in artifacts, so there's definitely something else wrong here. Wouldn't surprised me if she goofed up, but I'd love to hear from the generous uploader, in case maybe some screwed up in the posting.
