Did she noted further details like number of shots and do's and dont's? If the new pictures she's been posting are real, it may be a good deal given she lost weight.
 
She did actually. But she doesn't allow raw. Also she do not allow filming as well. Apart from 50% upfront. You have to book a hotel before hand. Plus no pick up. Good thing she doesn't ask you for transportation fee because she has her own car. But I think she gets that from the upfront dp. But mind you I haven't book her. I just bought some of her contents.
