I got scammed 100s from Madi Collins page for customs back in December. When I reached out for updates, I've always been told that she's "busy" but they're coming. I believed it but too much time passed by and OF can't help me anymore. Finally decided to bring it to Twitter and she knew that agency were scamming her fans; she DM'd me and admitted it. She knew the whole time and didn't make any announcement to help her fans get their money back by reaching out to OF support.
She told me she was "sorry" that I had to deal with that as if she had 0 responsibility. She's sorry while keeping my profit and won't give me back my money instead accusing me of slandering her.
They know their fans are being scammed and don't care.
