no. breast reduction isn't scars around the bottom half of nipples, that's a way of how implants are put in.
Breast reduction doesn't work that way, since you can't just remove the fat from inside the boobs, you have to remove the excess skin too and because of that, all women with breast reduction do have a straight long scar from the nipple down to the bottom of the boob.
What you've seen, was her getting bigger boobs, not smaller ones.

It's just best to be realistic considering her track record of scamming with wording of ppvs. Better to be wrong with a real reveal than having high hopes just to be greatly disappointed.
 
Sometimes I feel like that some dudes in here(not the pessimistic ones) don't want it to happen.
