While I'm not a connoisseur, I'm more of a casual fan. Based on my somewhat limited experience with Jessica Nigri and her photos, I seem to recall that she tends to use two or more fingers to cover her nipples, at least in the recent sets I've seen.
When was the last time you saw a set where she used only a single finger to cover them?

I'd wager her decision to go "spicy" is because of her age. She is still hot, but she is turning 37 this year. As you age it gets harder to stay in shape and stay hot for a large audience. For a women that makes her money off of her looks it would make sense to capitalize on it while you can. She works with friends that go completely nude as well and she has done some pretty revealing shoots in the past.
Also it isn't odd for women to suddenly go nude late into their career. You see it all the time in Hollywood with actresses deciding to finally show it all many years later.
As she gets older she is touching up her photos more and the more you touch them up the faker / more AI they look.
 
She also publicly hates AI iirc. Of course she could just be a hypocrite but it's another data point for why I'd lean towards any editing being old fashioned photoshop retouching and not outright AI.
