Yep first time. I love that she's willing to do so much more now. I think she mentioned at one point that she made a patreon specifically because there's more you can get away with on there than on YouTube. I do have a fear though that some of the patrons are gonna request too much from her and scare her off again. Maybe she can gradually work up to more bold ideas.
 
Let's be honest with ourselves tons of her patrons are already begging for spicy content from her. I doubt she will actually though sadly, she has a kid now and most smart people know to not have porn of themselves online for this reason, and she seems pretty intelligent.
 
I wouldn't expect anything nude but the ear licking is obviously leaning into sexual territory. I could imagine her dancing in a bikini or something, that seems to be on the same level as ear licking in my opinion. I would sub so fucking fast if she started doing dance vids and exclusives.
