The amount by which her dick has shrunk from around the time of her early porn until now, and especially recently, is pretty noteworthy. This is a completely different question. Those girls take lower doses simply because the industry prefers a feminine body and face with a functioning dick. Estrogen kills male genitalia. That's the reason why trans girls take it in the first place. You can take smaller separate doses, but if you're a trans woman (especially if you're young) in the porn industry you have to take it regularly in any case, and on the long period it'll eventually make effect nonetheless.

The alternative is heavy surgery, but good surgery is expensive, reduces saleability, and in any case it's a mere aesthetic solution: you won't feel more "feminine", not in the slightest.
 
And where did I deny how HRT works? Like, of course estrogen can kill how someone's dick works. That's the risk people on estrogen who have dicks run when they do it. They accept it.

My point is that not every transwoman is the same &, more to the point, there's different types of estrogen, as well as different ways to take them. How a person's body reacts to certain hormones is different from other people's, how people take their hormones is different, & what particular type of hormones people take is different depending on what they want & how they like it. Like, to blanket every transwoman with "all of their dicks stop working" is just asinine.
