Well, there are two sides to an answer for this. First, she shared some time ago that she's joyful she can take her own photos. So edits etc are usually only done by her and she can upload stuff herself, meaning higher chance of HD.
Second part is that most uploaders don't care to extract source quality. They just right-click save and that's it.
I try to use tools to take the best version of an image before sharing.
