Basically, I wouldn't really consider it sc4t because it's her liquid around her butthole turning brownish (she didn't clean well enough). I guess that ftm content has a very small audience. I'd bet biggest falloff in viewers happens after they get top surgery and gets even worse once they start developping more masculine features like a beard or hairy body.

I can also equate it to some of these creators, although less severe, that all of a sudden go crazy with tattoos, when they started their career as GirlNextDoor types.
