I can't find any evidence that she was pressured into it by anyone involved with the film. Seemed like a personal choice to fit her character. It also could be she was feeling insecure about her body, since this was her first role where she would have intimate scenes and might include nudity. Her body has always looked incredible and as long as she doesn't go down the same route as Ariana Grande, she should be good.
 
She's way shorter than I thought before seeing Obsession. Like how petite she is.
 
The looks people called her 'thick' over are from like 2022 and 2023. Like I don't see a marked weight difference throughout her 2024 and 2025 event appearances and she already shot 'Trap House' with a somewhat intimate scene in 2024 before being cast in 'Obsession'.
In any case it feels a little weird to act like she used to be fat or something.
I think it's more likely she gained weight again after shooting Obsession when, as she said, she didn't book anything and just sat at home and twitch streamed.
 
She said she wanted to lose weight specifically for obsession is what i meant, so it’s interesting. maybe she really didn’t like her body, that was her first main role ever too, oh well it is what it is. i mean now she is skinnier than how she looked in obsession since it was filmed in 2024

Yeah. Hopefully, she's not seeing all those videos from those dipshit content creators going through her older content and claiming she's only famous because of her weight loss.
 
I've only seen the first couple of seasons and its one of the better CW superhero series...which isn't hard to do. She plays the love interest of one of Superman's sons and she isn't in it much and the writing for her character is a bit frustrating. But her performance is always incredible.
 
And guess what, they have similar petite body frame (none of them are above 5'3). It's surprising that well known, globally beloved gen Z hollywood girls tend to be short, petite unlike their millenial counterparts
