Left side, barely anything. This aside, I have yet to see anything but the indication of the raised nipple. See, because she is not as endowed as her sets make her appear, she uses pushup bras, double sided tape and minor touch-ups and makeup to enhance the effect without showing nipples. Much of her sheer lingerie is also cleverly designed to hide opaque layers so that nip and lip do not show.
Now, if you're keen to know which sets show the swelling indicator so you know exactly where her nipples are... that would take a lot of time to catalogue. She's actually very selective of which pictures get into her sets and which do not.
 
No, she has not. She is her own model for the lingerie and costumes she makes, as well as her own makeup. Strictly non-nude.
