On some phones/tablets, recording call audio may not be captured as internal/device audio because of privacy restrictions. In that case, turning the microphone ON can allow the screen recording to capture the recording audio through the device’s speakers.
So if the recording audio is missing from your screen recording, try speaker output + microphone ON during the recording.
iPhone/iPad: iOS screen recording can capture some app audio, but voice-call/VoIP audio may be restricted. Long-press Screen Recording → Microphone On if you need to capture audio acoustically through the speakers. Whether the recording call audio is captured directly can depend on iOS/site behavior.
* Android: Choose Device audio or Device audio and microphone in the screen recorder when available. voice audio may still be excluded on some phones/Android versions. If so, speakerphone + microphone recording is the practical workaround.
But maybe don’t speak cause that’ll get caught too…
* Windows: You normally don’t need to record audio through the microphone. A screen recorder such as OBS can capture desktop/system audio, which includes the sites output.
* Mac: Screen video is straightforward, but capturing system/site audio depends on the macOS version and recording software. Modern screen-capture apps may support system audio directly; otherwise additional audio routing may be required.
