I think the reason he isn't in prison like the GDP guys is because he actually paid all of the girls. Most posts here seem to be over-complicating their theories on what happened. It's quite clear to me that the vids where the chick doesn't want to fuck are definitely real and the bloke wasn't running the show legally, by the simple fact that he nuked the site. If he paid the women legitimately as pornstars, there is zero reason to nuke the site since he already paid the upfront cost and he could still be passively collecting money from the vids. Even if he couldn't be fucked to run the website, he could just license the videos through another network and collect royalties.
Legitimate porn networks are like any other business, they won't shelve a chick's video unless the woman refund's the cost of production. When networks become unprofitable, they just sell/license their vids to another network.
If he ran a legally tight operation, he could just put his lawyer's email as an auto-reply to any complaints from the women and collect money until eventually HCO disappears in the porn ether.
The only real difference between HCO and GDP is the scale. Like anything else, women don't want to go through the hassle of court and just take the L and move on. But since GDP shot 500+ scenes where they were coercive in a good portion of them, they're going to meet enough women that will take it to court. The guy running HCO shut up shop whilst he still had the chance

The producer/actor for Hotchicksonly (HCO) Joseph W. Macchietto is on the same level as GDP but lacked scale.
To add he had encouraged all of his victims to be under the influence and therefore if the girls can prove (most of them can easily been seen intoxicated/under influence in the video) the girls can void their signed contracts with him.
He had used strongman tactics when the girls sobered up and asked him to remove the video. Without knowledge of law and hoping to keep it discreet, in order for him to remove the video from his website, he asked them to make another video, asking for $2000, threatened to posting their videos with their real names, and for some of then he had posted the videos up anyway (under different alias via other platforms)
