I dont see anything about her resembling a man. Even those facebook pics, she was just cosplaying as a male character with sports bra to 'flatten' her boobs. If you scroll down far enough, you'll see what she looked like in 2012. She's a girl through and through 100%.
Besides, you CANNOT get that body even if you fully transition with genital replacement, hormone therapy and boob implants. Proportions is one thing, bone structure is another.
