:thonk: i just read through some comments in her tg channel and apparently the reason she uses so much retouching on her pictures (or at least that is what she says, could be, could be not) its cause back in the day her earlier sets sold very poorly, and now she does a lot of retouching in her photos and "sells more" or at least it gets money coming. So basically "if you want less retouching, prove it with your wallet" is what she said to the guy asking why is there so much photoshop, filters and whatnot in her pictures since it kinda ruins the images and makes them look too plastic or doll-like


The logic she uses is a bit.. what you call it?... "dishonest", since back then she didnt really have too much of an audience in general and also it was kinda the peak of alina becker and vinnegal if i remember correctly, so comparing her gains now to that era and calling the excesive editing she does now "the solution" its kinda weird. Maybe is just her way of dismissing the criticism while also promoting her old sets to get some extra coins, even if she says that it wasnt her intention to convince the guy to buy the old stuff, but going by her words i wouldn´t expect the excesive skin retouching and editing to go away any time soon sadly (at least sadly for the ones that enjoy a more natural/realistic type of texture and look on her skin/face :peepoShrug:)

This logic could be also aplied to the nudity/lewdness level of her sets, maybe she would actually start showing more if money gets dry or the sets stop getting "supported enough"? and if the money do come back because of her showing more or doing more sexual stuff, would she call that the solution just like the photoshop? since the logic is that she actually adjusts her content depending on the ammount of money it generates :peepoShrug:

that is just some copium tho :COPIUM:, dont really believe its that simple, she also said a while ago that maybe if things go too bad she could just "retire" or slow down her content in general. :peepoShrug:
 
I think there’s a different logic here. She’s willing to agree to retouching to draw attention to her work but she’s not ready to be completely naked

she just said she would be taking an indefinite pause from it, best bet... she didnt really know what to do with it and it probably wasn´t bringing a lot of profit, the sub didnt really make sense since you could see most of her wall with just a follow, and for the sets she posted there, you dont even need to sub you could just pay the price of the set and get it, so most people that initially went to her fansly probably never subbed, maybe if you subbed she sent ppv or dms with extra content? but i didnt so i dont really know, all dms she sent just for following her was some ppv old set backstages or maybe a no cosplay small set or couple of pictures (highly overpriced btw), the only really attractive it had was the posibility of customs (no clue what the limits for that were, never asked, at least obviously no explicit nudity) and the no cosplay sets, but how many people really got those?

Initially it seems her idea with it was to re-sell old sets like she does on patreon/boosty (and before it got shut down gumroad) but only the backstages, so if you didnt get the sets on time by subbing, you basically could get the HD half of the old sets for the full set price on patreon/boosty, and the backstage half on fansly also for the full price of the set, usually 50ish to 70 each, she added the customs and "no cosplay" part to try and elevate the value of the thing but it was mostly just a way to resell the old stuff and try to get the most profit out of it. :peepoShrug: unless she reworks the whole thing again with a clear idea of what to do with it, its probably not coming back. at least thats what i think :peepoComfy:
