Also I remember seeing her post a lot with this tiktoker she met back in LA, think they broke up and alliyah released the voice recording of him cursing her out. Not sure if this was the dude that got Alliyah pregnant as well...

No, miscarriage according to her video. It does seem to be deleted but the reply on the first comment here mentions it. The video I saw was in reaction to an unnamed hater that was being mean to her and Alli said no one knew she had a miscarriage and that was why she wasn't making TikToks.

Doesn't look like she got surgery. Look at post #7 in the main thread from 2.5 years ago. Her face looks identical with heavy makeup.
 
Anyone have a good collection of some of her old TikToks? Nearly all of the good ones got deleted

I think her of is being Managed by a team. The content is becoming more frequent and repetitive. And all the posts are written the same as other creators who just get someone to mange it for them
