That’s not the reason, but there was something that made me wonder. Her main account is active around the clock, whereas her second accounts on Fansly and OnlyFans only become active when she posts a new video. That’s why I wondered whether her accounts were being managed by an agency or not. But now that Thron23 has explained the reason for it, everything makes sense.
 
Hiring around the clock is only worth it if there actually is enough work to warrant that. Otherwise you're just paying people to do nothing

It starts getting expensive when you subcontract the whole thing for a fixed hourly cost to what is basically a call center in india with a 100 chatters.

Agencies are feeling the economic squeeze, there is a lot less money in the market and most can't cover 24/7 with their base rate/cut without losing money atp.

You also have to keep in mind that they only care about profit. If they can squeeze out a cent more, they'll do what has to be done to get it.
