Whatever has changed, her face used to look cuter before—like an anime girl—but now she looks older; that brown makeup and the obsession with making her lips stand out so much give her a "bimbo" look.
She went from an Asian girl look to a Western woman look.
I see that her transformation was so radical that I no longer perceive her as being the same girl.
