I guess she has permanent erect nipples now because of the new implants. I wish that she didn't go & get herself all cut up again, but I know her old implants were calcified so it was absolutely necessary. With that said her nipples are just amazing. Thank god she breast fed for so long & gave us those monsters. My wife's nipples are pretty big, but if she was packing that kind of heat I'd never leave her alone. Hopefully she unleashes them one day, but I'm not holding my breath. Heidi seems to have gotten pretty religious over the last few years. She is very vain though so who knows.
