The reason people don't like most body modifications is because they look awful, or are done in place where they make the person look uglier than normal. If you like them, more power to you.
I don't personally have a problem with boob jobs, piercings, or tattoos as long as they don't look terrible. Septum piercings are definitely ugly though. You aren't going to convince me otherwise.
 
Totally agree. I have never seen a single woman who looked better after all the things you mentioned than they did before.

The video cites studies saying that there may be some correlation between having a lot of tattoos/piercings & being more permissive, risk-taking, etc (tho from the screenshots shown, it looks like 2 of the 3 were about tattoos only). It also takes care to warn against stereotyping people with body modifications as being a certain way.
But none of this matters as the current business started with people declaring that certain body modifications are objectively unattractive & other people saying no, you can like what you like but other people might like different things. I personally have never found a woman with a nose ring to be more attractive than the same woman without one. But I'm also not stupid enough to pretend my own aesthetic opinion is the absolute truth.
