AI Grok [DISCUSSION ONLY] [DO NOT POST REAL PEOPLE].

we are officially getting four video models this week.
and five if we get Grok Imagine 2.0 too, but we know nothing about it.
 
It hasn't been good since it was unrestricted on Venice. It's insane people are paying for what it's been since then.
 
I was off GROK for awhile, then got sucked back in because it was generating some great stuff again… now it’s the worst it’s ever been and I don’t see it going back. This blows lol.
 
It's Hailou 3, FLUX 3 and WAN 3.
Hailou 3: I have no idea, never tested it and never used it. TBH I don't have any expectations about its NSFW performance. Please share your knowledge if you know anything about it.
FLUX 3: Excited because the BASE model looks really promising. It will also be open-source (supposedly), which means "V company" will remove the guardrails for sure. Yes, we had open source video models already (WAN 2.2 and LTX) BUT those two are really bad base models and performs really bad compared to the industry. FLUX can change this, fingers crossed.
WAN 3:I never liked WAN (from 2.2 to 2.7), so I don't have any expectations from this model. HappyHorse is also released by the same company and I didn't like that too. Yes it is uncensored but overall really bad model plus it has laughable audio quality (literally worse than SD 1.5). Some people like WAN but for me it's a trash model, also remember than WAN 2.7 costs the same as SD 2.0.
 
Does that mean there won't be free credits again until after August 6th? Or will it take longer? Does anyone know anything? This is the first time this has happened to me, and I had already stopped using Grok, but I have no idea when we'll be able to generate content again.
 
Okay, still getting SOME okay-ish stuff with T2I... But it’s a grind.
I2V is completely dead though.
 
There were enough workarounds that probably were not public. I know I had a celeb one and it was def worth it to me.
The weekly limit really killed the mood, but before that, it was great if you knew what u were doing.
Now they probably overcensored, because for 2 weeks they uncensored again on accident, so they will have to find the middle again.
 
Some1 wrote it here earlier. You could edit pictures of women in bikinis, but also meant you could edit them in more open clothing pretty easily and the moment you get something there, you could make a video out of it. Could even get pussy slips pretty often with the right outfits and extend those videos.
Uncensored with fully naked and vagina showing, no. With AI now, we had that timeline of total chaotic no censor for a total of what 2 weeks? So I'm not referencing that time, that's always been a mistake, but the moderation was pretty loose, so I see why they overcorrected.
 
I mean if you didn't get in on the venice uncensored version of grok I could see settling for something, though calling it great seems like an incredible stretch and the value proposition is certainly not that. Seedream v5 image editing is really the only thing currently available akin to the quality of venice uncensored grok and only in the I2I sense.
 
even when censored its still the highest quality for what you pay for so i understand its worth it for many, it needs more competition right now
 
Free credits on grok app? Grok doesn't do credita. Or you mean different site? Think a lot of y'all forgot this grok discussion. If you are using a specific site to use the grok API make it clear what site. I assume most are talking about grok app unless stated otherwise
