I have been messing around on grok since gemini update and I believe you could get similar results. The nsfw stuff not so much but like ger white latex goon vid I had similar results with my own model and im sure if you have money to throw at it or hire someone to edit it wouldnt be hard
 
It's not hard it's just trial and error and knowing it's never going to be perfect. With today's models you could easily take her real content and swap any woman, character, scene and it would look pretty close to real. You just have to spend the money. 30seconds cost about 5$ at low resolution. 4k is about 50$ per 30 seconds.
