Simp Chat Gisellestreams / giselleflexible

Any Australians here with ISP recommendations? She seems to be using some sort of 5g wireless data router for the CB streams... which are low quality and cut out :S
I hope she spends some of her pay cheque on a better camera, computer, and internet.
Also, she says she is going to be doing her first live tomorrow on OF and it will be "heaps spicier" than on CB

Most of the Aussie models are using wireless connection to a mobile (4g/5g) router as they don't want to have to worry about a fixed nbn-style router installation if they have to relocate / get kicked out of the places where they are living / streaming from. The downside to that is, in essence , they are subject to mobile internet issues - which is not the best in AU - as opposed to a landline router connection ( which still isnt the best compared to the rest of the world ).
Of course, this connection varies from model to model, and even some models that have an nbn connection , still use a wi-fi connection from the laptop/desktop to the router , so they will still experience dropouts and poor connection quality from time to time. Usually those that run the highest wi-fi 5Ghz or those that run ethernet from the router to the laptop/desktop they are using would have fairly consistent connection quality.
From an ISP perspective though, any 4G/5G connection should be more that suitable to broadcast at 720p+ , but most of the models either don't know how to , or just configure OBS & CB to maintain an appropriately consistent connection and camera quality.
As a wise man once said , you can lead a model to the right information , explain it in detail , but if they don't listen , they're still going to be providing the same level of service as before.

Telstra is the best for Australia wide coverage of fixed internet and mobile networks and that's what she bought yesterday.
