I think it's more variable than one might expect but it just takes a long while to see if a lady has the genetics to recover their shape and size well, atleast for one pregnancy.

You guys need to consider that she's not your regular girl, she's a pornstar who sells her look. Her whole career depends on how good and appealing she looks to men. So yeah, in her case, pregnancy can destroy tits, in a strict business sense, as her body is her money making machine.
 
She's ruined her looks for several years now. This goes far deeper than fake tits, which were unnecessary to begin with, regardless of her job. If she cared about maximizing her money based on her looks, she would have done way more niche vids, made pregnancy content, sold milky vids, etc. She's with a wealthy guy and is already a multimillionaire in her own right.
