what does rate limit mean? sometimes when I click on a thread it has an error page saying rate limit, but when I refresh the page it's fine
 
There are systems in place on the site to help with bots/scrapers. Navigating around the site too fast or opening too many tabs at once can inadvertently trigger these.

Like you said, if it happens just wait a couple of seconds and then refresh.
 
Most are not going to be whitelisted so pretty hard to discuss them.
Anyway, we're not in the business of advertising other sites, just discuss prompts etc.
 
Hi, just a question around getting simp badge. I'm at 50 some reaction right now with some content posted in requests pages. Have a vid that I'd like to post in a non requests model page, but looks like I don't have the badge yet. Do I have to wait longer?

I also saw the FAQ, it says around 30 min. And it has been more than 1 cycle of 30 minutes.
 
Try logging out and back in (an hour is a better time to wait but it's been that long since you posted)
 
Its because the crons are disabled so there's nothing to process it.
I'm manually running a few of them daily, just done the user group one so now you have simp
