No, the problem with it is that in order to actually want to do it, as opposed to the taboo erotic effect of watching performers pretend, means the person has somehow been damaged enough to ignore both the Westermarck Effect and kin recognition cues. Well they're only half sisters (both from broken families), have a mentally disabled brother, and used to live in (what many here called) a fallout shelter. They're obviously a little bit damaged.
