Ok this still work alright (for what it is) 70% with the current strict moderation. I normally peompt for bare shoulders but that seema to cause an issue so just let it roll, fully clothed then peompt "bare shoulders" on the output. Relatively consistent. And obviously chop and change anything else. Ive alao had success adding a "gag sphere strap" to the prompt initially or as an edit, if thats your thing.
This can gen a good base for further edits elsewhere etc.
Prompt : keep her same eye make-up - Direct flash amateur photo taken close from above, her face in profile pressed into the sheet, back of her shoulders filling the foreground catching the harsh flash, skin slightly flushed, sheet creases on her cheek, damp sweaty hair strewn across her face, eyes half rolled, mouth open mid-moan. unedited raw 2am snapshot quality. Love this concept! Added a few ideas. Using Venice Studio Edit, per usual. Grok HQ. Takes a few tries, but should yield some solid Handbra action.

Having decent luck with this one after a few tries. Had a good amount of implied full nudes and got a full topless one, but the nipples were like pasties haha.

Normally juat changing expressions, or harder gripping the sheets. Also would try shoft the fingers into the mouth etc. Can also try add a malw arm reaching into frame to pull hair or pressed to her back, used to be ablw to get some good fish hook action but that never passes these days. I will say the initial, prompt gives a good base for a further cum facial style edit in a different model. Havent tried ot recently though. It was onw of the not groks on venice though. Ill see if i can find.
 
It's kind of silly that this works, it gives some very intense images but of course this is Grok, so no real dick or flesh, but... it's a good starter image for other tools, either video, i2i edits with other models, etc:

Play with the camera angle, framing. You could also try more risky vegetables (?) but proper dicks won't work, and i've had multiple fails even with dildos. For some reason cucumbers are safe enough for Grok. Also, cum instead of drool used to work, but it will mostly fail (over 90%).
Edit: base image in this case was AI generated, but it absolutely works with real images.
