Noticed a shortcoming with the current script, at least for goonbox

Sometimes people link images incorrectly.. Like the thumbnail will be correct, but when you click it, it will bring you to another image

In the past, the script would work around that.. Like even if it didn't link to the correct image, it would still figure out via the thumbnail, the corresponding full size image to download

It doesn't do that now. I was in the esther mcgregor thread. One of the posts has 28 images in it. But the script only downloads 23 of them, because 5 of them aren't linked correctly. Oof.
 
Nothing to do with the script. The way goonbox handles images is done differently such that there is no link between the preview medium resolution and the full size on goonbox

And I simply remove the
Code: 
		.md
from it, then I will get the full res image.

So there's really no reason the script shouldn't be able to download all 28 images
 
Goonbox no longer does .md since it replaced jpg. Old images from before the change still have that, new uploads dont.
 
But then could you add something so that it checks for .md? That way it'll at least catch all images from older posts
 
Guys quick question, is it possible that Gofile bans/flags IP? because the last time I used the forum script to download stuff hosted on gofile was before the script was fixed to work again, and I remember that every time I used it I would no longer be able to access even the main gofile.io website, calling for a "down API"

Now i noticed that even though the script was fixed, it doesn't download any gofile link, and what's funnier, I straight up cannot access the Gofile website anymore unless I'm using a VPN

Yeah, that's Gofile blocking you directly. If you can't go to the website in a regular browser, the script won't work. It should work on your vpn if you can access the Gofile website there.
 
dang, and what if I change my public IP? I don't mind using VPN for simpcity stuff but, for example, steamrip website provides gofiles downloads which are significantly faster than your usual sketchy hosts. I can contact my ISP and fake out a steam issue to change my IP LOL

can someone tell me why I can’t post thread it require 1 link and 3 images I did all still can’t I did post thread twice before now it’s a bit difficult now what dose exactly need?
