I heard from her stream that the only tattoo she is definitely removing is the thorns, as she has unfortunately developed an allergic reaction to the ink. This piece is particularly challenging, as it wraps around her left arm and extends all the way to her fingertip. Hand tattoos are notoriously complex; they are painful to endure and the healing process is both long and demanding.
However you are correct that she is considering removing her chest tattoo, and she is likely going to get a large-scale back piece in the future.
