A branch of my userscript does do livestream captures now, at least on desktop, but you'll have to keep the window focused. Let me know if you want to try it out. I successfully recorded a 2 hours stream, though. It's highest quality source, so way better than OBS.

Downside is that you either need to keep the tab focused, or you have to enable "Emulate focused page" or something on the browser (Chrome browsers you just Ctrl+Shift+P (Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Shift+P (Mac), and type "Emulate a focused page"). I'm trying to come up with a fix for this.

I had an earlier report that the script wasn't working with ViolentMonkey and m3u8 in browser downloading turned off, but I haven't had any issues when I tested it in Chrome. They said they didn't have issues when they used TamperMonkey, so if you've got problems, try that instead.

Anyway, no one else has tried this branch, so feedback would be appreciated.

Interesting, I was about to say yes, but I just tested it, and it's giving me some curious errors.
Try it yourself, and let me know. There's a chance the issues I'm having are actually isolated to my machine.
I'm gonna poke around more, when I have time, but useful feedback helps me debug issues quicker.

Im new to this thread. Is there a way to download fansly vids on android mobile? Ive tried apps for video downloaders but they dont seem to do anything

My userscript should work, it's what I've used when I want to download on android, you'll just need to use Edge for Android, and the TamperMonkey extension.
