what are you on about, she's said herself there's nothing to do in Austin anymore she's bled Texas content dry, there's only so many times she can go to the same waterparks and do crappy food challenges visiting a 1 star buffet etc, from random restaurants in her area, going golfing for the 10th time. Her Canada streams got tons of views and she actually did a lot of stuff. She gets demotived because she constantly reads shitty comments about her on social media (x, reddit)
 
I think the real reason she is taking a break is because secretly she is jealoused and envious of Cinna's numbers and she knows Cinna will do the 3peat and win female streamer of the year. She is demotivated this month because everything she does would be compared to Cinna. She says she doesn't care and that she is good friends with Cinna but let's be real with how much EE cares about numbers and wants the recognition. Last year she didn't win the award and got demotivated for the whole of this year.
 
Cinna also is basically larping that she's the biggest female streamer while consistently having less viewers than Emi, less recognition than Rae or Poki, and also having to caveat ignore like 2 dozen vtubers that do more numbers than her.

The numbers game is mostly fake.
 
Eh she was pretty motivated after Streamer Awards last year until the Mr Beast stuff happened. And was even seemingly planning grander things content wise. Like the EE awards was the first big thing she's done herself and she seemingly had alot of fun with it. And it was very successful plus it broke even. She was talking about how she was gonna work more with Jacob to do those things. She was beginning to actually utilize the fact that she's rich and could invest way more money into her own content. The Mr Beast hate farm killed all that momentum though and the other ones that happened after that made it worse and worse

Also the whole one man show thing was probably a mistake in the long run, it just ended up burning her out faster. And seeing how much she was enjoying vlogging really showed how much she's wasted ignoring Youtube for so long. It really never made any sense how apprehensive she was about dealing with her Youtube channel. It was basically just free money being wasted, Jacob also takes the load off of coming up with content and planning stuff. And he can book stuff for her etc
 
I think she's taking a break as she wants to be in LA right now, and there's no plausible reason for her to return there after QT's bachelorette. Julia and Arther leaked that they went to dinner with her last night; it was apparently meant to be a secret. I'm assuming that she's been staying with Rosii while in LA, as previously speculated. She wants the relationship to remain hidden, so can't stream.
 
That depends where they had dinner. She was in her offline chat yesterday saying she was cleaning her apartment and watching TV back in Austin. If it was in LA then yeah that's a leak. But last time she was at Cinna's marathon house she left her shoes near the stairs hours after she ended stream. So she was probably hanging out with Rosii after he was done for the day. But she's streaming in Nebraska tomorrow

Julia and Arther are in LA. Emily only mentioned cleaning, not that she was in her apartment in Austin; people assumed that, but she didn't say where she was. If she doesn't want people to know that she's in the Cinna house, she's not going to leave her shoes where they'll be spotted. Streaming in Nebraska, I guess she's decided to change her plans due to it being revealed that she went back to LA.
 
my point on the traveling she may claim she loves traveling but whenever she had the option in the past to travel and do stuff she never did it. she never stays extra days in la or ny to do collabs with people when sponsors were covering costs for stuff. she can easily do a european country and actually make it something different and interesting but she doesnt do those either.

i think what demotivated her also was she finally started putting effort into her yt but the view returns werent anything more than her quick cutup vods. and thats becuase she doesnt promote the yt anywhere she doesnt do it on twitch, insta twitter. so her motivation failing could be she saw how much opportunity she wasted over the last 3-4 years being lazy on basic stuff.

meanwhile she outworked every other streamer on twitch planning and doing all her content solo but other people did it smarter and grew off platform.
 
her never winning irl or sapphire probably hurts knowing how competitive she is. even last 2 years when she claimed she didnt care she was so nervous that she wouldnt win last year that she ended stream early and never got interviewed either or professional pictures
 
You're right, she isn't going to LA; she's going to Nebraska (from LA). Julia and Arther confirmed she was in LA, and since that was exposed, she ended her break and is now going to see her family. I guess, as an attempt to cover up the fact that she took the break in LA.
 
Eh that's kinda the thing though while she did everything herself until recently hiring Jacob. The kinda content she does isn't partically grand or large scale. Most other people were as you said just smarter. People aren't gonna care that she's solo they care about the results of the content she puts. And when she actually did start planning on evolving she lost all motivation. The whole solo thing isn't as much of a boost their her reputation as her community likes to imagine it is

The YT ain't gonna immediately blow up overnight if she cared about it earlier it would probably be in a better state.
 
Emily wanted Sapphire bad last year; it’s all she talked about. She had by far the most successful year of her streaming career across the board after Streamer University and all the collabs with Agent that eventually led to them winning Best Duo. Even with all that and a Streamer of the Year nomination, Cinna still took home Sapphire.

Fast forward to this year, not only is Cinna probably the frontrunner again, but Emily has to spend all month watching her biggest competition do this subathon. Whether you think it’s boring or not, Cinna is sitting at 90k subs right now, meaning she’s gonna finish with well over 100k by the end. To top it off, she’s doing it all alongside Rosi, who is allegedly Emily’s boyfriend. I’d be sick too, lol.

She’s 100% feeling that pressure. She mentioned not wanting to travel alone anymore for content even though her community loves it because she knows the solo stuff won’t give her the boost she’s looking for. That’s why she agreed to do the Zombies marathon with Rage. He averages around 18–20k, so she thought it would give her a boost, but she had less than her average almost the entire marathon.
 
Definitely doesn't help that her parents still don't really seem all in on her being a streamer. And her not being married with kids already. Her mom especially seems hung up on that. Her dad still pretty clearly dislikes they spent all that time and money on school only for her to basically get fired immediately. And do this new job they don't understand. All her friends are doctors and shit and while her friends understand she's successful their parents probably don't understand it either. They were even talking about this yesterday again

Emily wants to win awards but she would not be able to take the stress, money and effort it would take to get another one again. The standards are way higher than when she won an award in 2023. Like she's also gonna have to deal with even more heat the more attention she brings to herself. She's nominated a lot but isn't realistically winning the categories she gets put in. Like even ignoring Cinna the Sapphire Award is stacked with people with huge fan bases. And are willing to hire people around them to evolve their content. She's never winning IRL as long as Speed exists. And she doesn't really have a duo this year to push the award for. Idk if she can even be nominated for League Of Their Own twice but Maya has that on lock if you can repeat. Even last year she couldn't get one of her marathons or collabs nominated. If we're just being blunt a woman isn't winning Streamer Of The Year any time soon either

Like thinking about it there's legitimately a world where Cinna and Rosii get nominated for Duo Of The Year while she doesn't this year since Rosii is actually a streamer now
 
Cinna knows how to play the game like collabing and doing content she doesn't enjoy like that rainbow 6 stuff just to get the jynxi viewers. I'n not even sure she watches WWE weekly maybe tunes if to a ppv every now and then to get Zelina collab.
She has leeched off every community. Whilst Emily doesn't do content she doesn't enjoy she could have easily done a collab with Ray, plaqueboy max, ddg or Bendadon or any of the Core guys last year apart from Rage but she refused them all. It feels like the boat has sailed and EE lost the momentum.
You also have all the gooners voting for Yonna aswell. The best way to get people on your side is to post thirst traps. Look how many people defend some female streamers like Bonnie, Emiru, Cinna and many others whilst EE gets the most hate out of all female streamers. If she wants to be a success she needs to hire Caleb's company the Content Dojo since they operate on a bigger scale and can do bigger things along with Jacob. Solo streams only entertain her core fans but she needs big event if she wants to win an award going forward.
 
yeah emily is amazing but her large fault is she cant fake excitement about stuff she doesnt care about. which is needed to be the top streamers right now. i dont care as it means whenever she does stream its always good content.

but emily likes to compare and be competitive but you cant compete with people who are basically playing a different game than you. emily doesnt gain any gaming viewers because she hates all the games. she doesnt do normie style collabs and even when in la only collabs with people she enjoys hanging out with.

so she either has to completely stop caring about competing and being relevant with the top or change a little on how she operates her streams. yeah the thirst trap stuff is true but makes the worst community. its why emilys community is fun it has a lot of normal people.

Bonnie gets blitzed to hell and hardly gets defended, the only thing saving her is that she's not that popular. So most of the hate ends up hitting Cinna instead. Emi gets blitzed to hell too she just ignores it and she arguably has the most gooner fanbase. Also she keeps to herself the most. Yonna has so many defenders because her popularity reaches outside of streaming, she was already a big tiktoker and her fanbase is primarily women. All of them get more hate than their fanbase is able to defend them against. Tbh I'd say Emily's fanbase is on the higher end with how much they baby her though. They just get completely outnumbered like everybody else. Also being honest here Cinna got it the worst when the streamer awards were going on last year.

Though she does still do a lot of them. If she legitimately does wanna win awards which she seems to I just don't really understand her outlook. Because she doesn't really put in the grand effort needed to do that. And it's not like she's broke she's making bank, her line of thinking has always just confused me tbh. All that said Cinna is open that she doesn't watch WWE, anything she knows about it is due to Rosii basically. And she actually plays Siege even off stream so I think we're past that point of it being just larp. It's gone too far now she's legitimately never stuck with a shooter this long

Emily has potential to be a lot bigger than she is, and even reach further outside of streaming imo. She just isn't really trying much to do that
