cant tell 100% because she didnt do a front view, so no freckle, but yeah it looks like the chestpiece

you can nearly always tell if she has it on or not if she takes a front facing pic, you can see in the right pic she has a freckle/blemish on her upper chest
 
If you look at the sitting photo you can see that kinda unnatural stiff nipples, those can almost always be seen in the pictures wearing the chestpiece

The widespread overuse of the skin filter (or " beauty" filter) has made me so burnt out on porcelain smooth skin, my brain has invented a new fetish for skin's normal natural texture lmao
I really wish she would get rid of the filter already. She's only ever done one image to my knowledge without it, and that was probably on accident.

Yeah but it's very intentional, make the viewer feel smaller, give her ass even more of a perceived size bump. For better or worse, she's always fairly good at using framing and angles to her advantage
 
Early on, I'm effectively positive she used to wear fake breasts for some of her sets (e.g. Her old Akeno set.) Now, unless she's wearing a fake set to the gym when she takes her selfies there – Fair to say she's had some work done.
 
on cosplays she does use paddings but the gym ones is just angles, her boobs look the same with no paddings
 
Here the boobs expert on Anna, she does use padding in some sets aside from the fake boobs. It's visible when a bra has padding or it's tighter in the chest.

Most sports bra have certain support for the chest area, so that might be what are you seeing.
 
if you look at the new short vid she put on X, seems like she switched the straps around the thighs for smaller and tighter ones which make her cheeks stand out even more.
