The Onionfarms thread about her has perhaps the most succinct description of her: "Empathdoll is an Irish failed 4chan queen that started posting herself doing disgusting and illegal stuff on the streets of Dublin because nobody gave her attention without debasing herself online. Spitting on homeless, beating on strangers, pissing herself."
The only e-girl I can think of who is more pathetic and depraved than Empath-chan is, of course, Elaine April Gertler Miller (trollcow). And, like trollcow, Empath-chan serves as a deeply depressing reminder that - especially in the age of social media - there really are no lows that some people will not stoop to just for some quick attention from random strangers behind a screen.
 
Well, her main thing is trying desperately hard to appeal to right-wing men, who, as we all know, rapidly alternate between spamming racial slurs on the internet and furiously gooning to interracial cuckolding porn. So... yeah, that's really not surprising at all.
 
She has created herself an interesting character. This chat and her X post comments are fun to read when some ppl get a bit emotional by her intentional and EZ attention baiting. She has done well considering her mid face. Quite nice body tho :)

It’s worth noting that she is also very mentally ill. She has of course gone far beyond what is excused by mental illness, but she isn’t just an attention whore, she is very similar to Chris Chan as an example of what failed parenting, mixed with unfettered internet access can lead to in the modern age.
I feel like decades from now, there will be much greater restrictions placed on mentally ill people accessing the internet, as it seems to act as gasoline for many people’s worst tendencies.
