If the photographers have revealing outtakes, they dont leak them because those people are not horny enough. Most photographers in this industry (at least in israel) are girls or gay men, i know from experience. And if a girl does a lewd photoshoot she would intentionally hire a girl or a gay man because she doesnt want a straight man to take that kind of photos or to have them. This isnt specifically about ella but from what ive seen, thats how girls do it here
 
in Ella's case, most of her lewd photoshoots are done by the agency's photographer, Roei Sarusi, who, incidentally, is also the founder of the agency with 2 more . He's completely straight (married with children). And it's not just Ella—many of the other models represented by his agency have similar shoots as well.
