I think this is correct, I DM'ed with her a while back and picked up on her using "Hihihi" instead of "Hehehe" or "Hahaha" which is supposedly common in Sweden. Apparently used by the French and Vietnamese too but, the accent doesn't match french, and she certainly isn't asian so 🤷🏻‍♂️ I think Swedish is the best guess.
 
I mean maybe she just is awful at english and that messes with her accent but I get Eastern Europe vibes from her when she talks
