Pregnancy is usually pretty tough on women's bodies, especially thin/athletic builds like Elena. Looking at her 'comeback Lives' photos, there is no C-section scar (so a natural birth) and also no stretch marks on her stomach/hips/thighs that I can see, and her breasts seem the same to me. Even small boobs seem to usually suffer from the deflation of 'pregnancy boobs'!
To my eye, other than natural aging, she seems the same in her most recent nudes. Just one very amateur pervs opinion! Obviously, everyone is different and none of this definitive but I would need Pics as well to prove that rumor true for me.

If it is, it's healed really well. Looks like just a bend in her skin rather than a scar

The recent ATK video is a compilation from old scenes. I don't think that she has shot for them this decade, and Hawaii is from 2017. What looks like a C-section is most likely the mark left by her underwear.
 
Yeah, just looked like a crease to me too. Otherwise it would have to have been the surgeon supreme that did the C-section.
