you have to ask support send them an email with everything I think. Ive had a set get refunded because the description said smthn and I then explicitly asked her if that was true and she fully confirmed it and it turned out to be wrong so I asked support and got the refund back. The thing here is you have to have undeniable proof, I believe the only reason I was refunded was because I asked her multiple times if that was the case and she still lied so.
