It's not alone on OF. There's another OF account. Google: onlyfans iamdoctorkelly. Check the photo at the top. It's Kelly flipping the bird to anyone whose looking.

Someone else can explain what that means as far as scam or scheme to separate one from there cash.
 
Definitely fake. She just confirmed it on her IG story. All of a sudden the threads on there are arabic and pics of different women now.
