Useful tool for downloading Keep2Share content.
https://github.com/4chanGit/k2s-downloader
https://www.python.org/downloads/
One time for instalation of code
Step 1
Download python version appropriate for operating system
Step 2
Download the zip for the code from the github link
Step 3
Extract folder
Step 4
Download https://code.visualstudio.com/ (other programs that run github code also work, I use this one)
Step 5
Open Visual Studio
Step 6
On extensions to the left search for python and install
Step 7
On the top menu bar click file -> open folder and open the folder you downloaded for the code
Step 8
On the top menu bar click Terminal -> new Terminal
Step 9
run the following command (without the quotation marks): "pip install -r requirements.txt"
Once code has been installed
Step 10
(insert the URL from the Keep2Share video you want to download in example link) run the following command (with quoation marks, you can skip --filename):
python main.py "example link" --filename exampletitel.mp4
Step 11
You will get a captcha, that you will have to enter in the terminal
(Step 12)
If the project gets hung up on the captcha for a long time (10 minutes and longer), click the bin in terminal window and repeat from step 10
Download speeds aren't the fastest, but it allows you to download K2S content that's only available to premium users.

Thank you for posting this tool
I'm giving it a try right now under Fedora 44, just cloned / got the zip, installed requirements.txt, and ran it, gave me capcha waiting for the 1st download after it scrapped for proxies or something...
well it mentions is going at around 2MiB/s which is way more than k2s actually allows for free users... I would say it work, lets wait for it...
Now the question is, could we run multiple instances at once?

Have you experienced the file to download at an incredibly slow speed reaching the last % ? I am at 99% of the file but it downloads at 100 ib/ S which opposed to 500 kbps during the rest of the downlaod. And if yes is there a way to reset the connection or there is no chance of downloading the file and I should jsut delete the tab ? Thanks for helping me if u can! and thanks for the guide.

At the end it takes a bit longer to finish writing the file (at least from what I've noticed in regards to download speed), I don't know of any way to reset the connection.

seems like no matter how many time I click the bin and open another video in the terminal it wont passe the captcha so maybe the file took all of the k2s free tier data available for today for me. Wil ltry again tommorrow. Sad that it is stuck to the last % though :/

it goes from file to file, some stay with high bandwidth, like 600kbs compared with the 50kb...
its a bit of a roulette situation

how do I even know if this thing is working?

Like what am I even looking at? Why is there no total progress or something like that?

That's not connecting correctly... or you have a different version than I do...
I would say, sadly, this tool is very prone to failure, and it does not mention where the problem file lies on... I will give it another go, and if unsuccessful, I will forget about it and stop using forums with those links, a sub is more expensive than an actual aggregator

This tool has produced a 100% corrupted split multi fileextractions or CRC failed, with videos pausing and failing, I would recommend against using it, I rather pay the sub for a site and continue contributing to the site.

damn i was suspicious coz no one is talking about it and total 4 issues on github, thnx for clarifying

Yeah I attempted the tool first before seeing this post in the thread and experienced that matter directly. It downloaded a 3.98GB file and sure enough ran an ffmpeg scan and it hit with loads of missing video/images of a 1 hour and 55 min video to only play up to the 57 min mark.
