Before I finish, I guess I'll say a few final words. Although calling these my "last words" feels a bit dramatic, because I'm only stopping Patreon. I'll still be making videos on YouTube and continuing my YouTube Memberships, so I hope you won't be too disappointed.
This isn't really goodbye between us. I was only able to keep Patreon going because of all your support and encouragement, and I'm truly grateful for that.
I originally started Patreon because YouTube's restrictions became much stricter. I thought it would be a good place to upload videos with whispering, mouth sounds, and other types of content that weren't always suitable for YouTube. But as time went on, I think it gradually became more of a burden for me.
To be honest, I had worried from the beginning that it might end up feeling this way. I spent a long time wondering whether I should even start it. I'm someone who overthinks everything, and I'm afraid of making choices I'll regret. At the same time, I've always believed it's better to try something first and regret it later than to never try at all.
After giving it a lot of thought, I realised that ending Patreon is the best decision for me right now. Of course, I feel sorry toward everyone who supported me there, and it wasn't an easy decision. But I hope you'll understand.
I also want to say that I think everyone needs a little warmth and comfort from time to time. Lately, I've been feeling tired too. Sometimes I worry about the future and feel anxious because it seems uncertain. I often find myself wondering how I should live my life, whether I'm doing things the right way, and sometimes that makes me feel sad.
But the more deeply I think about those questions, the more I realise there probably isn't a perfect answer. All I can do is make the best decision I can right now and focus on what I can do today.
People always say that life is a series of choices. Difficult times will come, but I believe there isn't any hardship that can't eventually be overcome. So I'm going to do my best to get through them too.
Everything passes eventually, and happier days will come again. Rather than desperately chasing happiness, I want to let life flow naturally.
To be honest, I'm not even sure if what I'm saying makes much sense anymore. I just wanted to comfort all of you, and also let you know that I'm not so different from anyone else. I'm just another person who's trying to figure things out.
We've known each other for quite a long time now, haven't we?
So, I'll say my goodbye for now.
Good night, everyone.
I love you.
Keep going.
See you on YouTube.
