Np. The take it down act is an American Federal law, there's also state's that have their own laws on top of federal law. Federal means the whole country has to obey that law. It supersedes state law. Some states like California have more stricter laws on top of the Take it down act. Other countries have their own laws, so it's going to be somewhat different everywhere, but I don't imagine much different. From what I understand with Simpcity, is most of it's traffic is from the US, but it's based somewhere in Europe. I don't believe the exact origin is known.
I'm not a lawyer too (so keep that in mind), and law is like a different language so it's tough to get 100% of the details of a bill that's multiple pages long and written in Chinese. There doesn't seem to be a ton of push back though. Maybe eventually there will be. I mean they got porn legal in the states by calling it free speech. So, maybe eventually it becomes fair use in a way, but we're in the knee jerk reaction phase. People are seeing themselves give bj's on the internet, and the heavy pushback was inevitable, but we're in it's infancy. Where it lands who knows.
And again, fictional characters that don't resemble somebody is OK (Obviously nothing under-age), and I imagine 99% of generated porn will be that in the near future. Maybe that changes in the future, but there is no way politicians are going to campaign on allowing us to use somebodies likeness for deepfakes lol. It will get no support. It probably will never get to that point, but weirder things have happened.
