Not even remotely true, speaking as someone who has had like 9 nsfw X accounts suspended by butthurt dudes. All you have to do is report a post and theres a 50/50 chance their dumb AI moderation will just nuke your shit. Not as aggressive with other sites but still all you have to do is file a report.
