I think she wants to be internet famous and is incredibly lazy and so just hops on every train pretty internet girls do (vlogging, tryons, streaming, cosplays, OF, asmr, gaming.) and then either gets bored or doesnt make enough money and then moves on.
Some OF agency offers to handle all the OF stuff for her and because she doesnt really make that much money from it or care about building a following and interacting with fans she offloads it to them for a percentage

I also think for a lot of girls like her, with other income streams, OF is just a way to make a little side cash posting some pics a little more risqué than IG that you'd be happy to post anyway. Managing the content alone is a lot of work, let alone trying to respond to everyone so unless you have top shelf content and want to charge a premium, then I get using an agency to just have cash trickle in.
I look at some of the "Reality TV Stars" like Natalya Scudder or Katie Flood from Below Deck, and even the likes of Sami Sheen where they just use it as a side income stream and some of them are cheap/free with just some extra lingerie pics if you want to pay, and if they're upfront about what you're getting and what they will/wont do, then I have no problem with it.
What I hate, is when they try to overcharge or are just plain deceptive about what they're content is.
Cassia's sub pricing isn't too bad once you know what you're getting (unlike Shania Porter charging $25+p/m for what is already on her IG), maybe a little high but that would be to cover/because of the agency costs, but DMs like this are where it gets a bit out of control:
- "first time I’m showing these nudes
hope you can handle it 
" - $40 for 4 pics and 2 vids)
- "
Warning: this is graphic AF… never thought I’d drop full nudity and show my tits like this 
" - $40 for 3 vids with the below as the preview image.
Now, if I actually believed these were quality nudes, MAYBE I'd spend the money. But she seems to have made it pretty clear she won't do full nudity, so why try to sell it as "graphic AF"? Unfortunately, the agency's prey on the weak and desperate.
