I think Bert was just more annoying over time.
I feel like ever since Bert left, Dev has become more high-maintenance and slutty, taking on Bert's role
 
She does not seem sluttier. If anything her Instagram has toned down in terms of showing skin. Cannot speak for stream as I am not a twitcher, but not much in her content sadly. Best stuff is fakes and they've slowed down a lot.

unfortunately she has whales that will gift thousands of subs without her doing anything so that is never going to happen
