Open a web browser that doesn't have an adblocker. Go to sstiktok,
paste the tiktok URL, and then click HD no watermark. Just have the 30s ad play in a second window (Not other tab)
download that HD original. Run it through handbrake, make a preset that encodes with h264, all filters off, framerate constant 30fps, output mp4.
