She takes photos per user, everything is personalized, so she knows exactly who the photo was sent to. I suspect the person who posted it on the forum got a message saying she was going sue him... I checked the image with AI and photo-editing detectors, and it appears to be a genuine photo; there’s no reason for it to have been taken down, so I think the guy just deleted it himself.
 
She puts watermarks on the photos of your username so she knows it’s you
 
I’ve tried a website and got ok results, it was an ai thing though
