I agree VIPs are always a good little scam from agencys. However this was when she was still running it and I begged her to show me or send voice messages with my name in them. Obviously she got lazy or it got too much traffic and dumped it on the agency. And shortly after she started going on holidays again. And Stop doing VIP stuff I think I mean I haven’t seen anyone talk abt lives or customs or free videos 
So I totally would not buy from the agency unless you have the high ground lmao You kinda have to keep receipts for any bundle requests or new content or customs, anything to say u can request refunds or compensation. So i figured out they were getting bold and selling IG pics and IG vids so I had to be painstakingly annoying asking 24/7, “does it show this” “can you put a teaser photo” “Is this new or a old video” and they resend vids you don’t buy again at a higher price! so I’m sitting there comparing run times and descriptions

Even with receipts the onlyfans support team is fucking useless.
I had clear evidence the agency oversold on a promise. And onlyfans insisted that terms and conditions were met even when it was an obvious scam. I did a claw back and only fans banned my account recently but I managed to get all my content downloaded before that anyway.
