I thought the aim was to create confusion regarding her origin or location, messing up outlets, sockets, switches, etc and now I guess objects in general, so we can't inferr her whereabouts.

Why would she lie about it? Honestly, she could have said any career and people probably wouldn't care lol, I guess she does also work in it since she could work from home as well and nobody would care who she is, she just does OF because she earn a lot of money and probably she likes it but don't want to be a long time thing
 
She lived on campus of one of the best technical universities in Europe, before she bought her house with OF money.
